Greenwood Building
Address 462 Boston Rd
Built 1890
Demolished 1965
Other Lot Structures Fitch Tufts House (1850 - 1965)

Moses P Greenwood acquired this land from Mark Lund, along with the house to the north in 1889. There was no house here on the 1889 Map, but certainly in existence by the 1918 County Plan. The 1900 US Census suggests the building was here and rented out. The Greenwood Sisters maintained this rental income until their deaths. Their heirs eventually sold the property to the Middlesex County National Bank in the 1960s.
